Rome: Total War provides a generous number of options, but there are many factions that you can only unlock by modifying the game files. Fortunately, this is easy once you have instructions to follow. After a few minutes of work, you can. Rome Shell Codes From: Wakkjack. To activate the ROME Shell, tap and hold in the top left and right corners of the screen simultaneously. The ROME Shell and your device's keyboard will appear. Enter a cheat code (see below), then press the Done key on your keyboard. Tap and hold the top corners of the screen to return to the game. Rome: Total War is the third Total War game from developer Creative Assembly and, like its acclaimed predecessors, the game combines turn-based empire-building with real-time strategic warfare. Start Rome: Total War, go to controls and press reset to default there should now be a line 'show debug console' in the list of misc. Controls set whatever key u like to it (I use F8), press the key during the game, and there you go, a nice console. To open the console in which to enter the cheats given in this guide, firstly open a game of Rome: Total War and then press once the `/¬ (Tilde) key in the top left of the keyboard A console should now open in which you can now type the codes given in italics throughout the rest of the guide.

| YEAH.... Process_cq and process_rc dont work for me either.....! Do we have to end the turn maybe to have all construction and recrutment que completed for the next turn...? |

| Maybe you're pressing the wrong button. I had the same problem with HL1. Someone with a qwerty keyboard told me how to acces the console but the button was on another place on my keyboard. If you have azerty try pushing the button '1&|' or the button left to it. |

I thought this might help some people. I am not to sure if all of them work but it's worth a try.
Press [~] during game play to display the console window. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:
